Includes: Solid End Loft, Solid End Daybed and Long Ladder AND an extra bed rail set and bunkie board (the 'box spring") to convert the whole thing into 2 stacked bunks PLUS a classic solid end daybed for a total of 3 bunk beds. Pretty sure I still have the ladder and safety rails in the attic. This End Up is the gold standard of durable furniture. Only needs minor cleanup here and there. This used set is as seriously rock solid as the day we bought them 14 years ago and apparently will last forever. I'm pretty sure you could park a truck on this bunk and it wouldn't be the least bit wobbly. 1099 if purchased new today; selling them for 550 and will throw in two twin mattresses if you want them. I know I've been creeped out by all the news stories about the bedbug epidemic, so I would be very leery these days of purchasing second hand furniture. However, I can guarantee that although we do have pets, I frontline our pets religiously and that we have neither fleas nor bedbugs.
